8. Items are shipped through a variety
of methods. In stock items usually ship within 1 to 3 business
days. Out of stock items usually ship within 2 to 7 business
days. However, we will not be held accountable unless the
item's shipment takes more than 2 weeks (assuming the delay
was a fault of ours and not the shipping service). Customers
out of Georgia may experience longer shipping times. IMPORTANT:
Wake Up to Nutrition™ is not responsible for any damages
or lost product incurred during shipping. When purchasing
items, you may add insurance to your order to cover the cost
of such losses.
9. Items purchased by customers within the state of Georgia
are subject to the 7% sales tax. All other customers in the
continental U.S. incur no sales tax.
10. Please submit any cancellations via email to cancel@wakeuptonutrition.com or you may contact
us by phone during normal business hours. Email cancellations
must contain the following: First name, last name, email address,
and your confirmation form (with a total). This information
must be identical to the information originally submitted
on your order. Please provide contact information so that
we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling
your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation
of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or
shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted
(via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after,
we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including
shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received
after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise
total less shipping. All cancellations will be charged a 10%
cancellation fee.
11. Return Policy:
If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have
purchased from us, it may be returned for a full refund (minus
shipping and handling charges). This excludes any perishable
items, such as oils and certain probiotics.

Please note that opened packages of
any product are not eligible for a return. All products must
be in a factory sealed container for a refund. You are covered
by this unconditional money back guarantee for 30 days from
your date of shipment.

are returning your receipt that you received with your order
and a short explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).
Also please provide a phone number or
email address that we may contact you with in case we may
have any questions or concerns.

will be contacted by email to let you know that we have received
your package and refunded your credit card. Please allow 2-4

All returns on store products are charged a 10% restocking
