I was in a car accident at 19 and broke several bones in my right leg. As a result the muscle that lifts my foot and toes was damaged. I have partial ability to lift my right foot. As a result prolonged standing and walking increases pain over a span of 2-6 hours from lack of motion in my foot. Often the next day the pain is unbearable to stand or walk. Any recommendations for a product alternative to help the pain and swelling?

Well first off, use foods that build and repair the body. Start incorporating more dark leafy greens, grassfed beef, free range eggs, and cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, brussell sprouts, spanish black radish, etc. Then for supplementation, use the Glucosamine Synergy or Joint Builder with the Ligaplex 1 by Standard Process. In addition, use the Zyflamend for inflammation and a good fish oil for lubrication and repair. This should help. Let me know how it goes.

Oh, by the way, there's also a great formula called Complete Bone and Tissue Formula by Dr. Christopher. We don't sell this one, but you might find it very beneficial as well.
